Policy Briefs
Policy briefs speak to the primary mandate of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU) which is to provide a collection, collation, analysis and dissemination of legal information to PALU Members, Governments, Intergovernmental Organisations and additional users. The said Briefs are used to disseminate information and foster debate on possibilities of engaging the various Organs and Institutions of the African Union (AU), Regional Economic Communities, and additional Intergovernmental Bodies more comprehensively creatively and proactively, on matters of constitutionalism, democracy, good governance, rule of law, human and peoples' rights, peace and security, regional integration and continental unity.

The Guide discusses complementarity within the broader spectrum of the AHRS including the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child and the Courts of Regional Economic Communities recognised by the AU.
